Keltie O’Connor is a former college basketball player who is now a sports model and social media content creator on Youtube and Instagram. On her channels she passionately explores new forms of fitness, testing different nutrition trends, and documents her journeys of committing to various 30-day fitness and health challenges.

In 2019 Keltie began experiencing mental fatigue, burn out, and some health issues. She felt she was stuck in a vicious cycle and needed to find something to help create more balance and ease in her life. She picked yoga. She had dabbled in yoga before but it had never felt at home in the practice. This all changed during her yoga challenge.

For 30-days she did yoga every day, either at home, at a studio, or wherever she could when traveling. She documented the challenge and her yoga journey in a 12-minute video. Watch her experience and hear of her transformation in the video below:
