    Bonjour,

    Il y a principalement ces choix qui ont été sélectionné mais certaines questions, je pense, on peut avoir diverses réponses.

    La méditation c’est un domaine très vaste, certes, qui procure du bien-être, qui nous permet de nous ressourcer et d’être plus à l’aise avec nous même. Donc pas évident de le résumé en une seule réponse. Mais j’ai bien aimé la pertinence des questions.
