Yoga Is One Love video

Watch: Yoga is One Love with Nadine McNeil

Published on January 1, 2019

What is the most important part of yoga? Is it learning how to perfect the poses? Is it sculpting your body? Connecting with your breath? According to Bali-based yoga teacher and wellness coach Nadine McNeil, the most important part of any yoga practice is integration; in other words, how do we take what we learn on the mat and apply it to the rest of the world?

“We are human first. At the end of the practice, when we’ve all said ‘namaste’ and opened our eyes, we see each other’s love, we see each other’s journey, we see each other’s wounds,” explains Nadine in this beautifully filmed video, Yoga is One Love. She encourages us to move through our yoga practice from a place of love and unity.
