Yoga Everyday: A Video to Inspire a Daily Practice

“If you ever find yourself struggling with yoga, please do not give up,” says yoga practitioner Niki Cheng in this inspiring new video.

Niki shares her journey of what happened when she made a commitment to herself to practice yoga every single day. For Niki, sometimes practicing daily means practicing for 10-15 minutes. “I think it benefits you in so many ways,” says Niki. “You can actually face the world better.”
